When this facility was built the large patio serving the administration building and the restaurant had only one small 2" drain to handle our summer storms.  The result was flooding in the office and eatery.

so we had these stainless steel grates made up.
with lots of steel reinforcement.
and a 3" tube to send the water to the garden below.
and the full size tiles are in place.
to accept the final surface, sloped to drain.
and finished mid afternoon the following Friday.
