Gordon Gilkey has been a builder all his life.  He brings 40 plus years of experience to Mazatlán for the benefit of his clients.

Gordon moved here in 2003 to buy and renovate houses in Centro Historico.  His first project, at Calle Libertad #414, encompassed over 6000 square feet of renovation and historic preservation.

The next project, an interesting architectural challenge also in Centro on Calle Nicaragua, was finished in 2006.  This was a 3000 square foot total remodel.

Two new houses came next, built from the ground up at Calle Jesus Carranza #24 on Cerro del Vigia in 2007.

Following these projects, Gringo Solutions Residential Construction Services was born.  Sensing a need in the expat community for quality construction services, Gordon brings his contacts and expertise to the task.

Gringo Solutions is pleased to be allied with Faustino Garcia, a very fine mason and craftsman.  "Tino" brings his extended family and close friends to our jobs to ensure the quality of your project exceeds your expectations.

Associated and serving as regular subcontractors are highly competent electricians and plumbers, fine woodworkers, creative craftsmen in wrought iron, excellent painting crews, manufacturers of garage doors, fencing and hurricane shutters, marble and granite artisans, and producers of unique concrete counter tops and sinks.

We all look forward to serving you!

We are licensed as a Contratista de Construcción by Migración.
